This policy aligns with the Equality Act 2010 and covers the following protected characteristics: Age, Disability, Gender reassignment, Marriage and civil partnership, Pregnancy and maternity, Race, Religion or belief, Sex, and Sexual orientation.

Concerns or complaints about discrimination or harassment can be raised confidentially with the Equality Lead via contactus@digitalparenta.com. Complaints will be investigated fairly and promptly in line with our procedures.
